This hand-on skills session is for those that have already completed the online part of the course on the American Heart Association eLearning website.

Return and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Refund Policy:

    • Students may request a refund for class cancellations.
    • Only refund requests made prior to 48 hours before the scheduled class time will be honored.
    • Cancellations/refund requests must be made in writing to contact@rgvcpr.com

  2. Rescheduling Policy:

    • Classes scheduled within 2 hours of the class time will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
    • Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to contact@rgvcpr.com 
    • Late arrivals will not be allowed in the class and will incur a $25 fee to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please arrive early.
    • Students who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notice will incur a $25 fee to reschedule.
