90% of the course is completed online. Just 1.5 hours of class time for hands-on skills practice. Suitable for first-timers and those renewing their certification.
LATE ARRIVALS: Because skills sessions move at a fast pace, clients MUST arrive to class on or before the scheduled time. Student's will not be admitted to the skills session once it has begun. If you are running late please call to reschedule within 90 days of original class date. No exceptions.
ONLINE COMPLETION CERTIFICATES: Please email certificates of online completion to jessica@rgvcpr.com prior to to your class.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No-shows and cancellations may be rescheduled once within 90 days of original class date. Rescheduling MUST be made in writing to the following email: jessica@rgvcpr.com.

Health and Safety Institute Pediatric First Aid CPR AED: This course covers pediatric first aid topics and CPR.
HYBRID COURSE: This hybrid course allows you to complete approximately 90% of the class online at your convenience. You then come in to our facility for approximately an hour and a half to complete the online skills session.

Refund Policy:
- Students may request a refund for class cancellations; however, the cost of the online part of the course ($15 + tax) is non-refundable. Once the online course keycode has been issued, it cannot be reused or refunded.
- Only refund requests made prior to 48 hours before the scheduled class time will be honored.
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email to jessica@rgvcpr.com

Rescheduling Policy:
- Classes scheduled within 48 hours of the class time will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to jessica@rgvcpr.com
- Late arrivals will not be allowed in the class and will incur a $25 fee to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please arrive early.
- Students who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notice will incur a $25 fee to reschedule.
